Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of [Website Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and users in relation to the use of the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by the Site.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 3 (Notice and Revision of Terms)

However, if a user expressly agrees to the application of the revised Terms, they shall apply to prior contracts as well.
4. Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws or customary practices.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

1. The Site performs the following tasks:
   1.1. Providing information about goods or services and entering into purchase contracts.
   1.2. Delivering goods or services for which purchase contracts have been concluded.
   1.3. Other tasks determined by the Site.
2. The Site may change the content of goods or services due to reasons such as the unavailability of goods or changes in technical specifications. In this case, the Site will promptly announce the changes on the page where the current goods or services are displayed, specifying the changes and the effective date.
3. If the Site changes the content of the services to be provided due to reasons such as unavailability of goods or changes in technical specifications, it will immediately notify users through the contact information provided by the users.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

1. The Site may temporarily suspend the provision of services due to reasons such as maintenance, replacement, breakdown of computer or communication equipment, or communication disruptions.
2. In cases where prior notice is not possible due to unavoidable circumstances, the Site will provide notice afterward.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

2. The Site shall register the applicant as a member unless:

   2.2. Registering as a member would cause significant technical difficulties for the Site.

Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Qualification)

1. Members may request to withdraw from the Site at any time, and the Site will process the withdrawal immediately.
2. The Site may restrict or suspend membership if the member:
   2.1. Provided false information during registration.
   2.2. Fails to pay for goods purchased or any other debts owed to the Site on time.
   2.3. Interferes with other users' use of the Site or misuses their information, disrupting electronic commerce order.
   2.4. Uses the Site to engage in illegal activities or violate these Terms.
3. If the same activity is repeated twice or more after the Site has restricted or suspended membership, or if the issue is not resolved within 30 days, the Site may terminate the membership.
4. If the Site terminates membership, it will delete the member's registration and notify the member, granting at least 30 days to provide an explanation before termination.

Article 8 (Notification to Members)

1. Notifications to members will be made via the email address provided by the member upon registration.
2. For notifications to an unspecified number of members, the Site may post a notice on the Site's bulletin board for at least one week instead of individual notifications.

Article 9 (Purchase Application and Consent to Provide Personal Information)

1. Users can apply for purchases on the Site through the following or similar methods, and the Site must provide the following information clearly during the purchase process:
   1.1. Searching and selecting goods or services.
   1.2. Entering personal details such as name, address, phone number, and email address (or mobile number).
   1.3. Confirming the terms, including the content of the purchase, any restrictions on withdrawal of the offer, delivery fees, installation costs, and other charges.
   1.4. Indicating agreement to these Terms and confirming or rejecting the above details (e.g., by clicking).
   1.5. Completing the purchase application and confirming the application details or agreeing to the Site's confirmation.
   1.6. Choosing a payment method.
2. If the Site needs to provide personal information to a third party for the purchase, it must inform the user of the recipient, the purpose of provision, and the items of personal information to be provided, and obtain consent.
3. If the Site outsources the handling of the purchaser's personal information to a third party, it must inform users and obtain their consent in accordance with its privacy policy.

Article 10 (Payment Methods)

Article 11 (Order Confirmation and Modification/Cancellation of Purchase Application)
